
COVID-19 Keeping You Safe at Ellergill
We have made a number of changes, many are in excess of government guidelines
As long as COVID19 is still around, safety is our priority
All guest rooms will be vacant for a minimum of 50 hours prior to your arrival
To minimise interaction we won't be showing guests to their rooms or carrying luggage, sorry
We would appreciate wearing of facemasks in public areas of the guest house and we are still observing the 2m rule
You will find a hand sanitiser dispenser in the hallway please use when entering and leaving the house
Frequently touched areas such as handrails and door handles will be disinfected regularly
The breakfast room will no longer be used or open to guests!
Breakfast will be preordered and brought to your room
Choice of cereals, grapefruit or yoghurt, hot breakfast butty, drinks and toast
There will be a breakfast menu in your room to fill in and leave in the hallway before 9pm
During your stay your room will not be serviced
Please text us if you require any replenishments and they will be left in a bag outside your door
Please take any rubbish bags and leave them in the bin outside the guest house
You will find fresh bin bags be in a drawer your room
NO TAKEAWAYS IN YOUR ROOMS PLEASE!!
To minimise contact we will be in touch with you for pre-payment before your stay
Our check in time is between 5-7.30pm only, to allow thorough cleaning of rooms
If you feel unwell and are concerned your symptoms maybe COVID19
Please phone us immediately and stay in your room
We will agree a plan of action to limit the spread of any virus
During these unprecedented times we hope you will understand changes have to be made
to benefit all our guests and make your stay as safe and comfortable as possible
